Furthermore, Russia’s deputy foreign minister Alexander Grushko has also rejected the idea of allowing troops from Ukraine’s allies to be deployed in the region. He stated that it doesn’t matter under what label these troops are deployed, as they would still be seen as a party to the conflict.
